Purpose of PackTrack

PackTrack is a mobile app for tracking parcels using the services of supported carriers.

PackTrack is an independent app, not a carrier. We do not arrange delivery and do not guarantee delivery times. The availability of status information and how up to date it is depend on external services.

Rules of use

Use the app lawfully and for its intended purpose. Do not violate the rights of others or interfere with the operation or security of the app.

Rights to materials

The app, design, and materials of PackTrack belong to the developer or the respective right holders. You are granted a limited right to use the service for its intended purpose. Names and trademarks of carriers and platforms belong to their respective owners.

You retain rights to materials submitted to support and permit their use only to the extent necessary to process the request. Voluntary ideas and suggestions may help improve the app without any obligation to pay compensation. This does not grant rights to any other use of personal data: its processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

External services

The services of carriers, advertising partners, and app stores operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control their operation.

Availability and liability

The operation of the app and external services may be interrupted due to technical errors or updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the absence of errors, or fitness for each specific task.

Liability for the use of PackTrack is determined by applicable law. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or liability that the law does not permit to be excluded.

Termination of use and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions regarding rights to materials and liability continue to apply to the applicable extent after termination of use.

When terms are updated, we specify a new effective date. If the law requires separate notice or consent, they are required before the relevant changes apply. Continued use does not in itself mean acceptance of any future revision.
